I’m a product researcher with a background in business and a Master’s degree in English Literature — but more importantly, I’m a dog lover and lifelong learner. I firmly believe in learning by doing, especially when it comes to caring for our dogs at home.
Over the years, my family and I have shared our lives with many wonderful dogs — from scent hounds to gun dogs and cattle dogs. Most recently, we were lucky to have the joyful company of a small Shih Tzu/Tibetan Spaniel mix, whose cheerful spirit inspired much of what you’ll find on this site.
Though she has now crossed the rainbow bridge, her memory lives on in these pages — and in our mission to help dog owners feel confident grooming their pets at home.
